-  How we will we find the driver at the airport?Our driver will be waiting with a sign with your name on it; the driver also has your mobile number.

-  How will I recognise the vehicle?Our logo ‚Autosella‘ is clearly written on the vehicle. If there is any doubt, please call our taxi office. 
-  Do you need a deposit form a booking?No. We only require a deposit when booking one of our buses, where larger sums are involved. 
-  How early do I have to book?If you are booking a Saturday transfer, we would advise at least 2 days beforehand. 
-  How can we pay?Payments can be accepted in cash, credit card and by bank transfer. 
-  Are luggage and ski equipment included in the price?Yes. 
-  In the event of a delay, must we pay extra?If you know of a delay beforehand, please call our taxi office to avoid unnecessary waiting. The first hour of any delay is included in the price and for every extra hour there is a charge of € 60,00. 
-  Do you have child seats?Yes, on request. 
-  Is there a break during the journey?A short break is normally only made after a 2 hour + journey; Of course, in the case of any emergency. 
-  Is it possible to have an English speaking driver?Nearly all our drivers have a working knowledge of English – they all speak German and Italian. 
-  Is it possible to book a particular vehicle?Yes and in this case, there is a additional cost. It is possible to select the vehicle in the ‘First Class’ section on the Online Booking form
